Zero Tolerance Sexual Harassment Policy

At Nomad Therapeutics, services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome sexual comments, gestures, advances, requests, exposure, or physical contact, as well as inappropriate messages or behavior before, during, or after a session. For continued safety, company policy prohibits therapists from setting up therapy tables in single-entry basements.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment still required. The therapist may leave immediately if they feel unsafe. Clients who violate this policy may be permanently banned from future services and liable for equipment left behind.

All incidents will be taken seriously and may be reported to law enforcement when necessary.
